1. Services
Starlight Productions Ltd. agrees to provide wedding planning services as outlined in the selected package.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure services, with the balance due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to our cancellation fee schedule.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary information and make decisions in a timely manner to facilitate the planning process.
5. Liability
While we exercise due care in selecting vendors, we are not responsible for the failure of any vendor to provide agreed services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
